Setting up cron jobs on cPanel

A cron job runs a command on a schedule. UPIPayments uses one to check pending payments with the provider, expire unpaid orders, retry webhooks and renew packages.

Add it in cPanel

1. Open cPanel › Cron Jobs.
2. Choose Once per minute.
3. Paste the command shown in your admin panel under the automation settings.
4. Save.

No command line access?

UPIPayments also offers a secret cron URL. Any external scheduler can call it every minute.

Check it works

The admin panel shows the last cron run. If it is more than a few minutes old, the job is not running.
