- Open the payment in Transactions.
- Press Refund and enter the amount (up to what is left to refund) and a reason.
- Confirm. The refund is sent to the provider and appears under Refunds.
Refunds must be included in your package. For Direct UPI payments, return the money yourself from your UPI app and record it here.
