- Can I refund a payment?Yes, if refunds are in your package. Refund the full amount or part of it from the payment page or by API.
- How long does a refund take?Usually a few working days, depending on the provider and the customer's bank. The status updates automatically.
- Can I refund a Direct UPI payment?Direct UPI has no provider API, so send the money back from your own UPI app and record the refund in the panel.
- Are charges returned after a refund?If the platform returns fees on full refunds, the charges and GST are credited back to your wallet. Partial refunds do not return charges.
