- What is this service?A package-based UPI payment gateway: connect your own UPI or gateway account, accept payments by QR, UPI apps and payment links, and get confirmations, webhooks and reports in one panel.
- Who can use it?Online shops, websites, apps, service businesses, tuition classes, clubs and shops that want to accept UPI payments, from very small sellers to growing businesses.
- Do I need a website to accept payments?No. You can create payment links and share them by WhatsApp, SMS or email, or print a QR code. A website or app is only needed if you want to integrate the API.
- Is there a free package?Yes. The Free package has no price, no transaction charges and no GST. Other packages add higher limits and extra features.
- Which UPI apps can my customers use?Any UPI app: PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, bank apps and others. Customers scan the QR code or tap an app button on their phone.
- Which payment providers are supported?PhonePe (the default), Paytm, Razorpay and Cashfree, plus Direct UPI for any UPI ID with UTR confirmation.
- What is the difference between live and staging?Staging is for testing with test credentials or the built-in simulator, and has no charges. Live takes real money. Data, keys and accounts are separate for each mode.
- How long does setup take?You can take a test payment in a few minutes. Going live depends on connecting your provider account and, if the platform requires it, account approval or identity verification.
- Can I use it for an offline shop?Yes. Create a reusable payment link, print its QR code for the counter, or use Direct UPI with your shop UPI ID.
- Can the checkout show my brand?The checkout always shows your business name. Packages with branding also show your logo and brand colour.
- How do I contact support?Use the contact page or the support section in your panel, if available. Include the payment ID or order ID for questions about a payment.
