- What are transaction charges?A charge on each successful live payment, set by your package: a percent of the amount, a fixed amount, or both, with an optional maximum. Many packages have none.
- Is GST charged?GST, where a package has it, is charged only on the transaction charges, not on the payment amount. Package purchases may also carry GST as set by the platform.
- Where are transaction charges taken from? From your prepaid wallet, when each live payment succeeds. Customers pay you directly, so charges cannot be deducted from the payment itself.
- Are staging payments charged? No. Staging payments never have transaction charges and do not count towards your package limits.
- What happens if my wallet balance is too low?New live payments that would have charges are refused until you top up. You are emailed when the balance drops below the low-balance level.
- How do I upgrade my package?Open Package & usage, choose a package and pay from your wallet or by UPI. It starts as soon as the payment succeeds.
- What happens when my package expires? You get a reminder first. With auto-renew and enough wallet balance it renews automatically; otherwise you move to the default package after any grace days.
- Do I get invoices?Yes. An invoice is created for every package purchase, renewal and wallet top-up. Find them under Invoices.
- What limits can a package have?Payments per day and month, amount per day and month, smallest and largest payment, and the number of UPI accounts, API keys and active payment links.
- Can I get my wallet balance back?Unused balance stays in your wallet for future charges. Ask the platform about its policy for any other request.
