- I forgot my password. What do I do?Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the email link within 60 minutes.
- Do you store UPI PINs or bank details?No. Customers enter their UPI PIN only in their own UPI app. UPI PINs, card numbers and bank passwords never pass through this panel.
- Who can see my provider credentials?They are stored encrypted and are never shown again after saving, not even to you.
- Why do I need identity verification?Some platforms require approved KYC before live payments, to meet their providers' and regulatory requirements.
- Can I delete my account?Use Privacy & data in your account menu, if available, or contact support. Some records may be kept where the law requires.
